ABOUT A MINUTE

Connect it once.

Add MeetBird to Claude with one address. Claude asks you to sign in to MeetBird once; after that it reads your meetings whenever a question needs them.

Works in the Claude app on your phone too, once it’s connected.

    In Claude, open Customize → Connectors.

    Choose Add custom connector. Name it MeetBird and paste this URL:
    https://api.meetbird.ai/mcp

    Click Connect. MeetBird opens — sign in and press Allow.

    Ask about your meetings. Claude turns to MeetBird when a question needs it.

On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an owner may need to add the connector for the organization first.

Claude Code

In your terminal, from any project.

    Add MeetBird:
    claude mcp add --transport http meetbird https://api.meetbird.ai/mcp

    In Claude Code, type /mcp, pick meetbird and choose Authenticate.

    Your browser opens MeetBird — press Allow, then go back to the terminal.

Things to ask.

Claude searches, reads and quotes. You ask the way you would ask a colleague who was in every meeting.

“List my open to-dos from this week’s meetings, by person.”
“Mark the pricing page to-do done and give the deck one to Ada.”
“Find where Priya talked about onboarding and quote her.”
“Draft a follow-up email from yesterday’s customer interview.”

What Claude can see.

Reads, and keeps to-dos

Claude reads titles, summaries, decisions, to-dos and full transcripts. If you allow it, it keeps to-dos: adds them to a collection, ticks, moves, rewords, dates and assigns them. It can’t delete or record anything.

What you can see

Your meetings, and the ones teammates shared with you — the same as in MeetBird. Nothing else.

Yours to switch off

Every Claude you connect is listed in MeetBird under Integrations. Disconnect it there and it stops at once.
